An intensive weekend with the sacred practice of laya yoga meditation

In our teaching system LAYA YOGA holds a very privileged place. It is known as one of the most efficient methods to experience the glorious end of all spiritual practices: the communion with the sublime divine ecstasy, SAMADHI. Through intimate fusion with the subtle vibrations of some of the most elevated and beneficial energies of the universe, LAYA YOGA induces in our being a complete fusion with very high states of consciousness, altering profoundly our self - and sense perception.

The LAYA YOGA WEEKENDs are excellent opportunities to deepen your experiences in laya yoga meditation within a guided and supportive environment accompanied by fellow laya yogis and experience yogateachers to guide you and advice you in your practice. 

The LAYA YOGA WEEKENDS will start Friday afternoon and run until Sunday evening with an inspiring program addressed to those with genuine aspiration for higher spiritual achievements and swift inner transformations. The atmosphere will be held in a nurturing sacred environment respecting the deep inner silence required for intense spiritual experiences. Beside the dedicated focus on LAYA YOGA the program will also consist of Hatha Yoga sessions, lectures about related subjects, spiritual movies, sharing of experiences and how to go further in the practice and a nurturing social environment.

In 2009 we will have 4 LAYA YOGA WEEKENDS  for the students in our school who have received the initiation in the laya yoga technique.
