I programmet er der yogapraksis, meditationer, foredrag og udflugter i naturen, som kulminerer den sidste dag med den berømte triangulations meditation. I disse særlige meditationer vil vi sammen med lignende grupper i andre lande skabe en energistruktur af trekanter bestående af mennesker, som mediterer samtidigt for at skabe en meget intens oplevelse i dette særlige øjeblik på året; sommersolhverv.

"Natha’s annual Midsummer Camp in Bornholm began with a lecture on ‘The mystery of God manifested in Nature’. This lecture served as the basis for my experiences during this camp, opening me up to a world of revelation through the contemplation of Nature.
