This theater group is using tools from the theater field combined with ancient spiritual methods in order to support a creative process of self developing.
Techniques of self expression, of exploring and awakening higher levels of creativity and spontaneity will be offered by applying rasa sadhana - the yoga of emotions, the enneagram -the nine personality types, the archetypes of the soul.
We also use techniques inspired from Hatha yoga, techniques of creative visualization, meditation and tantric alchemy that are aiming to awaken and intensify the connection between body-mind-emotions and cultivate a superior understanding upon emotional expression. It will lead to a connection to a higher source of inspiration than one's own personality.
The interactivity and team work in different projects and public performances will lay the ground for overcoming limits, experiencing a profound and conscious state of inner freedom and they will create a strong field of uplifting support and inspiration as an actor.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda - the traditional Indian medicine - is a holistic science, stating that the Universe is a huge organism which is perfectly ordered. From the ayurvedic standing point, everything has a meaning, each being has a mission and in the same time each existence is designed to be happy and fulfilling. Join us for a fascinating trip into the mysteries of this ancient system to learn about the three forces of life – Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Following our teachings you can prevent and treat illness, harmonize your life and relationships and even reach enlightenment.
The course includes theory and practice. Written courses are also given.
Starts Thursday, the 29th of March, 2012, from 19:30 until 22:00 at Natha Yogacenter in Copenhagen.
Free Opening Conference: Sunday, the 25th of March, 2012 Time: 16:30 to 18:30.
The course consists in 40 LESSONS, 2 hours each (1 lesson/ week).
You can join us until lesson 20 ( if you want, you can recuperate previous lessons for a corresponding fee. After attending at least 20 lessons, the participant will receive a book of 153 pages A4, containing general information about the subjects studied in the first year. The only prerequisite to participate in this course is: to enjoy SOUND!

Kashmir Shaivism is the purest, most noble and direct spiritual path. This is the fundamental non-dualistic philosophy of the tantric system.
The teaching of Kashmir Shivaism is so rich and detailed in its descriptions of what it reveals as the ascent of individual consciousness to universal God Consciousness (Parama Shiva) that it has been characterized as a mystical geography of awareness. It includes a highly developed system of spirituality that emphasizes not only the intellectual understanding of its concepts, but also the direct realization, the direct experience, of the Truth. Lord Shiva is infinite and eternal. He is beyond limitation and yet by his independent free will he has the power to appear limited. He creates the universe for his own play, without beginning or end. Thus, "Let Shiva, who has taken the form of my individual being, offer salutation to his Universal Being Shiva, through the knowledge, which is also Shiva, for the removal of obstacles which are, indeed, one with Shiva." Like in tantra, in Kashmir Shaivism the main idea is that everything is correlated with everything. The universe is like a hologram where the part reflects the whole. In the course we apply a systematical approach to both theory and practice.
Special initiations will be given and a detailed run through of special practical methods and unique spiritual exemplifications.
The course lasts 4 hours each time and is open for yoga students, that have finished 2 years of intensive yoga or that have a fundamental knowledge of yoga. At the moment we have on going courses for the 1st, 3rd and 6th level.
