Sadly, foreplay does not seem to play an important part of people's relationships in today's fast-paced world!
In tantra things are not rushed in order to reach a certain goal, but instead the couple invokes a state of deep relaxation in full awareness. From this starting point they can curiously explore each others bodies and the energies that awaken through loving touch and in this way prepare their souls to unite.
