Workshops

In this page you will find details about our spiritual workshops in 2011. Each workshop focuses and offers information on a specific subject, thus offering the conditions of expanding our knowledge, experience and spiritual practice.

Since the domain of spirituality is practically infinite - it can not be entirely covered within our regular courses. Each person, according to his/hers particular constitution and interests, is attracted to develop and expand the horizons in different directions. For this reason we offer a wide variety of workshop on many different subjects, all connected to spirituality and the spiritual practice. These workshops are one, two or three days long. In these spiritual workshops you will find the opportunity to learn, transform and enrich your spiritual practice, under guidance by Yoga teachers who have achieved an expertise in that specific field.

Some of the intermediary times (such as the hour of beginning or ending of the program in the days in the middle of a workshop - which you can find in the detailed description of each event) may modify according to the need of the program. Yang Spiral Meditation

 

The Yang Spiral Meditation is a simple technique which creatively combines many spiritual elements so that anyone can achieve a spiritual experience. It is a group meditation to the sound of dynamic music, in which the people are aligned according to the order of the zodiacal signs, holding hands, forming a shape of a spiral in the Yang (counter-clockwise) direction. This helps awaken and amplify very much the Solar energies, and makes it that each participant benefits from the specific input of all the zodiacal signs.

You are invited to an evening in a cozy lounge atmosphere, with comfortable cushioned sitting arrangements, a bar offering non-alcoholic drinks, refreshments and cake and an intimate social atmosphere, where we can all gather, meet, talk, and share spiritual experiences before and after a spiritual movie or workshop.
