Being initiated into efficient yogic techniques, the practitioner can quickly achieve harmony and growth in any aspect of life that he/she chooses. The effects that one may expect from this course are: achieving and keeping the physical health;  elimination of stress; calming of the mind; awakening dynamism, vitality and happiness; increasing creativity, will-power and self confidence; opening up to love; increasing the intuition, memory and mental focus; and much more.

About Roskilde Natha Yogacenter NATHA YOGACENTER ROSKILDE is a non-profit and voluntary association in Roskilde. All course income primarily goes to the running daily expenses and secondarily contributes to the development of various projects oriented towards teaching and communicating tantra, yoga, meditation, and esoteric knowledge. The activities of the association is done on voluntary basis and the highest power of decision is the annual general assembly in the month of September. Donations and sponsorships are most welcome and will whole-hearted be dedicated to the above mentioned purpose. NATHA YOGACENTER ROSKILDE base its teachings on the internationally recognized yoga teaching system of the Atman Federation and cooperates across the country with other yogacenters based on this teaching system.
