I am educated as social worker and yoga teacher. I have practiced yoga for 7 years in Natha Yogacenter, which have lead to a lot of positive things in my life. I feel more harmonious and balanced, and my physical health has never been better. In the same time I have achieved greater ability to concentrate, and a general better focus. Spirituality has always had a great importance to me, and through yoga and meditation I have gained both personal and spiritual development.
I grew up in Fredericia, but moved to Copenhagen 13 years ago. When I lived in Fredericia, I missed courses where I could go deeper into yoga and meditation. Also today I feel there is a lack of serious yoga and meditation courses, and that is why I decided to start an intensive yoga course in Fredericia. I hope that I in this way can give to Fredericia, what I had been missing myself for several years.
